Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the current public SmartPromptsAI Sprint website, checkout, intake, manual review requests, and delivery flow.

Scope of service

Sprint is a human-led, asynchronous service focused on support workflow cleanup, routing logic, escalation rules, reply systems, documentation, and related implementation deliverables. The exact scope depends on the selected Sprint package or the manually approved request path.

Current public flow

  • Paid Sprint packages may be purchased through the current public checkout flow.
  • After payment, the client completes the related Sprint intake.
  • Manual review request paths may be handled separately where explicitly stated on the website.
  • Clarification, delivery, and revision follow-up are handled asynchronously.

No real-time support or live staffing

Sprint is not a live support desk, call-based consulting service, or real-time chat staffing service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, communication happens asynchronously.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and sufficiently complete inputs needed to deliver the Sprint. Missing, contradictory, or incomplete information may delay delivery, reduce scope fit, or require clarification before work continues.

Access and materials

Sprint is designed to work with client-provided materials such as support examples, routing notes, escalation context, existing macros, documentation fragments, and related operational inputs. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, SmartPromptsAI does not require permanent admin access to client systems to deliver the Sprint.

Revisions

Sprint packages normally include one revision round unless a different revision scope is stated on the public package page or agreed in writing. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a new engagement or add-on approval.

Payments

Paid package purchases are processed through the current checkout provider shown in the public flow. Work normally begins only after payment is verified where payment applies. Manual review request pages that explicitly state no automatic charge are not treated as completed paid purchases.

Refunds and scope fit

If a page explicitly states that a request is subject to manual fit review before payment, that path is not final purchase confirmation. For paid package purchases, any refund handling, if offered, depends on the public package wording, the stage of work already completed, and any written clarification exchanged with the client.

Intellectual property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, final Sprint deliverables prepared for the client are intended for the client’s internal business use after delivery. SmartPromptsAI retains ownership of its background know-how, methods, operating logic, reusable frameworks, and general process design.

Acceptable use

The client may not use Sprint to request unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful operational content. SmartPromptsAI may refuse, pause, or limit work where the request creates legal, policy, safety, or trust concerns.

Limitation of results

Sprint is an implementation and workflow service, not a guarantee of specific support metrics, revenue outcomes, staffing performance, or automation results. Final business outcomes depend on team adoption, execution quality, tool setup, response discipline, and many factors outside the service itself.

Related trust pages

These terms describe the current public Sprint path only. Legacy tools, retired paths, and older operating setups are not treated here as the current public source of truth.
