We collect information you provide voluntarily through our intake form or email communication, such as your name, email address, company details, and project-related inputs.

We use information to evaluate your request, deliver the Sprint, and communicate with you about intake, clarification, and delivery.

How data is processed (Sprint flow)

The Sprint operates as an asynchronous, email-first workflow:

• Intake is submitted via an online form.
• Data is transferred via a webhook.
• Delivery and follow-ups are handled via email.

Data retention

Client data is retained for up to 90 days after completion of the Sprint. During this period, data may remain in working email inboxes solely for follow-ups, clarifications, or delivery-related communication. We do not operate a separate long-term archive of client data.

Third parties (subprocessors)

We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be shared with subprocessors strictly to operate the Sprint and deliver emails. Current subprocessors are listed on our Subprocessors page.

Subprocessors used for the Sprint include providers for:

• Form intake (Fillout)
• Hosting and webhook handling (Netlify)
• Email delivery (Mailgun)
• Working inbox provider (Google Workspace / Gmail)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
