We collect information you provide voluntarily through Sprint forms, checkout-linked intake, manual review requests, or direct email communication. This may include your name, email address, company details, support workflow details, tool context, project inputs, and delivery-related notes.

How we use information

We use information to evaluate fit, process payment where applicable, deliver the Sprint, communicate with you about intake and clarification, and provide the final delivery and follow-up support.

How Sprint data is handled

The current Sprint flow is asynchronous and email-first:

  • Paid Sprint packages are purchased through secure checkout.
  • After checkout, intake details are submitted through current SmartPromptsAI Sprint forms.
  • Manual review requests are handled through the current SmartPromptsAI request forms and email follow-up.
  • Project clarification, delivery, and revision follow-up are handled asynchronously by email.

Data retention

Client data is retained for up to 90 days after completion of the Sprint. During this period, data may remain in working systems solely for follow-up, clarification, delivery, revision handling, or support related to the completed Sprint.

Third parties and subprocessors

Client data is not sold. Limited data may be shared only with providers needed to operate the website, process payment, collect intake information, and handle delivery-related communication.

Data access and deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period and handle the request in line with the operational needs of an active or recently completed Sprint.

AI and working materials

How SmartPromptsAI handles AI-assisted work is described separately on our AI Use page. Client materials are used only for delivery, review, clarification, and completion of the requested Sprint work.
