AI Use Disclosure
Sprint is a human-led service. AI tools may be used only as supporting instruments inside the current public SmartPromptsAI Sprint workflow.
How AI may be used
- Supporting analysis of client-provided materials.
- Helping organize, summarize, or clarify information already submitted by the client.
- Generating draft suggestions that are reviewed, edited, and approved by a human operator before delivery.
What AI does not do
- AI does not make autonomous decisions on behalf of the client.
- AI does not communicate directly with Sprint clients.
- AI does not send delivery emails or finalize Sprint outputs on its own.
- AI does not replace human review, judgment, approval, or delivery responsibility.
Human responsibility
A human operator remains responsible for reviewing client inputs, deciding what belongs in the Sprint, checking routing and escalation logic, approving final outputs, and delivering the work. Sprint is not a self-serve AI product and not an autonomous support agent.
Client data and AI tools
Client materials are handled only in the context of the requested Sprint work. SmartPromptsAI does not use client data to train its own models. If third-party AI tools are used as part of supporting analysis or draft assistance, they are used only inside the operating workflow needed to complete the Sprint.
Positioning boundary
Sprint is positioned as a human-led support workflow cleanup and implementation path. AI may support internal working steps, but AI is not the main product being sold to the client.
