DPA (Data Processing Addendum)
We can provide a Data Processing Addendum upon request for customers who require GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar controller-processor terms for the current public SmartPromptsAI Sprint workflow.
We do not publish a one-size-fits-all DPA as a default public document because data processing terms depend on the actual customer context, controller-processor roles, categories of data, the selected Sprint path, and the scope of services being delivered.
What this means in practice
- We can provide a DPA for qualifying business customers on request.
- The final DPA language depends on the actual Sprint engagement and data handling context.
- We align the addendum to the current public workflow rather than to legacy or retired flows.
