DPA (Data Processing Addendum)

We can provide a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) upon request for customers who require GDPR/UK GDPR (or similar) Article 28-style data processing terms.

At launch, we do not publish a one-size-fits-all DPA as a standard public document because processing terms depend on the customer context (controller/processor roles, data categories, and scope of services).

If you are a business customer and need DPA + “service provider/processor” language (common in US privacy programs as well), we’ll provide the appropriate addendum for signature as part of onboarding.
