We use a small set of third-party providers (subprocessors) to operate intake, hosting, and email delivery. We do not sell personal data.
Current subprocessors

| Netlify | Hosting + webhook handling | Intake payload transmitted to backend handling |
| Stripe | Payment processing | Payment details handled by Stripe (we receive payment status + a checkout session ID) |
| Mailgun | Email delivery | Email address + message content required for delivery |
| Google Workspace / Gmail | Working inbox | Operational emails for intake, follow-ups, and delivery |
