Terms of Service for Prompts

Product scope

Prompts is a packaged-output service for customers who want reusable content systems, structured workflows, and content assets built from their own source material.

• Prompts is not sold as a generic AI writer
• Prompts is not a prompt marketplace
• Prompts is positioned around packaged outputs, not open-ended tool access
• Prompts does not include unlimited revisions, live consulting, or custom implementation unless separately agreed

Current order flow

Prompts is available through the public package flow. The active order flow is:

• choose a package
• submit the package intake form
• continue to secure Stripe checkout
• receive delivery and follow-up asynchronously by email

Orders may still be reviewed for scope, feasibility, abuse prevention, missing information, or mismatch with the selected package. If a submitted request cannot be fulfilled within the selected package scope, we may contact you before delivery or issue an appropriate refund where required.

What customers submit

Customers may submit source material, draft material, notes, outlines, transcripts, links, examples, or other usable input through the Prompts intake flow.

• you are responsible for the material you submit
• you confirm you have the right to submit and use that material
• you should not submit unlawful, infringing, confidential, regulated, or unauthorized content unless you have the right to do so
• you are responsible for reviewing the final output before publishing, sending, or using it commercially

Delivery boundaries

Prompts is designed to prepare reusable content systems, structured workflows, and structured business or content materials. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, compliance, or professional advice.

• output quality depends in part on the quality and clarity of source input
• Prompts does not guarantee business results, sales, rankings, approvals, engagement, or platform outcomes
• customers remain responsible for final review, implementation, publication, and business use
• we may refuse or cancel requests that are abusive, unlawful, unsafe, out of scope, or not suitable for the selected package

Human review and production handling

Prompts may use AI-assisted workflows and human review where useful for structure, clarity, safety, formatting, quality control, or delivery handling.

• human review is not a guarantee of legal, compliance, or factual correctness
• we may ask for clarification if the intake is incomplete or unclear
• delivery may be paused if the submitted material is outside package scope or requires additional information

Payment, checkout, and refunds

Paid Prompts packages use secure Stripe checkout. A submitted intake alone is not a completed paid order unless checkout is completed successfully.

• the selected package price is shown before payment in Stripe checkout
• payment confirmation may be used to prioritize and start production
• if payment fails, is incomplete, or is disputed, delivery may be paused or cancelled
• refunds may be issued where required, where a request cannot be fulfilled, or where we decide the request is outside package scope before delivery begins

Customer responsibilities

By using Prompts, you agree to provide accurate intake information and to review all outputs before using them.

• you are responsible for checking facts, claims, links, examples, and final wording
• you should not rely on Prompts output as professional advice
• you are responsible for making sure the final use fits your brand, market, platform, and legal obligations

Updates

These terms may be updated as Prompts evolves, packages change, delivery processes improve, or new checkout and fulfillment features are added.
