Terms of Service for Prompts
These terms govern access to and use of the Prompts product inside SmartPromptsAI during soft launch and later platform rollout.
Product scope
Prompts is an AI-first packaged-output product for teams that want structured content deliverables from one usable source input.
- Prompts is not sold as a generic AI writer
- Prompts is not a prompt marketplace
- Prompts is positioned around packaged outputs, not open-ended tool access
Soft-launch status
Prompts is currently in soft launch. Public automated checkout and the full production order pipeline are not fully active yet.
- current public flow is request-based
- submission of a request does not automatically create a binding delivery commitment
- requests may be reviewed before acceptance, pricing confirmation, or production handling
What customers submit
Customers may submit draft material, notes, outlines, transcripts, or other usable source input through the Prompts request flow.
- you are responsible for the material you submit
- you confirm you have the right to submit and use that material
- you should not submit unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized content
Delivery boundaries
Prompts is designed to prepare structured business materials and packaged outputs. It is not legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice.
- output quality depends in part on the quality and clarity of source input
- Prompts does not guarantee business results, rankings, approvals, or platform outcomes
- customers remain responsible for final review, implementation, and business use
Human QA
Human QA is an optional add-on or fallback path, not a hidden default included in every request.
- Human QA may be recommended where language, clarity, structure, or delivery safety needs a human layer
- during soft launch, some requests may involve more manual review than the later automated version
Payment and activation
Public automated checkout for Prompts is not fully active yet. Payment logic, queue orchestration, QA handling, and delivery systems are being built before broader rollout.
- request submission alone is not final purchase confirmation
- where payment is later enabled, the applicable checkout and pricing flow will govern the final transaction
Updates
These terms may be updated as Prompts moves from request-based soft launch to a fuller production workflow.
